making Japanese sweets

Wagashi, a traditional Japanese confectionery, is not only tasty, but also extremely beautiful. Today, we came to a famous wagashi shop, and had a glimpse of how a flour dough was turned into a blossoming flower within seconds. We were totally amazed. 


 Next was our turn to make our very first Wagashi.
