World Cuisine Cooking Event

We had our first gathering to cook in 10th of November.
This time it was Taiwan Cuisine.
 
We had four students from Doshisha University to teach four dishes from Taiwan

●Boiled Chicken using 1.5L of Coca cola
Taiwan style Okonomiyaki using sweet potato flower as a base and putting Chinese cabbage and squid.
●One of the most popular egg Chinese food Fan qie chao dan : Fried egg and tomato
●Fried beef and spinach with Sha cha sauce (Popular Taiwanese ingredient)

Every dish we made was delicious! We were able to see the materials and the way to cook it. Most of the participants were willing to cook it at home. We had a great time with the children and others by having our lunch at the same large table.
