It is important for those who live in Japan to understand Japanese laws in order to prevent troubles.
Lawyer Nakamine Masafumi is going to explain Japanese Labor laws and teach us and the audience about our rights as a foreign worker in Japan at ICC’s office on November 1st (Sunday) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The lecture will be in Japanese but, we are going to prepare the interpretation.
Whether you are Japanese citizens or a foreigner, laws such as the Labor Standard Laws and Minimum Wages Law are applied to you. However, some employers do not obey them.
By knowing the law and your rights, you will be able to be alert and consult us at ICC about any problems with your employer or unfair treatments in your workplace, for example.
